At FIST, I offer workouts that are personalized. . .
I try to be as flexible as I can be with my clients and their schedules. I will travel to most home locations in Monmouth County to train and will bring kettlebells with me ( though I strongly suggest an investment in one or two kettlebells of your own). I also offer my own home in the Red Bank/Middletown area as a training facility. It is up to you, the client.
The workouts are based on your needs. I offer a 30 minute “express workout” or a longer “hour of power workout” (see pricing). The kettlebell is the main source of our training, but I incorporate plyometrics, yoga, joint mobility exercises and pilates techniques into the sessions to give a full body workout.
