At FIST, I offer workouts that are personalized. . .
I try to be as flexible as I can be with my clients and their schedules. I utilize my home in the Red Bank/Middletown area as a training facility. Although the "gym" is a low-tech set up, it has everything that we need to help us attain our personal goals.
The workouts are based on your needs. I offer a 30 minute “express workout” or a longer “hour of power workout” . The kettlebell is the main source of our training, but I incorporate plyometrics, yoga, gymnastics, joint mobility exercises and pilates techniques into the sessions to give a full body workout.
